Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information YourPrice.net may receive when you use the site, how it is used, and what happens when you follow a product link to Amazon.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Information you choose to enter

When you use the Product Finder, you may enter information such as a product name, maximum budget, size, fit, specifications, condition, or other shopping preferences. These entries are used to build and improve your product-search results.

Recent searches

Your browser may remember recent Product Finder searches so you can return to them more easily. Depending on the feature and browser, this may use browser storage or similar technology on your device.

Traffic and site analytics

YourPrice.net may collect ordinary website analytics and server-log information, such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate device/browser information, timestamps, and clicks on site features or outbound product links. This information is used to understand traffic, improve the Product Finder, diagnose technical problems, reduce automated/bot traffic, and measure which parts of the site are useful.

Amazon and affiliate links

When you click an Amazon link, you leave YourPrice.net and go to Amazon. The link may contain an Amazon Associates tracking tag so Amazon can attribute qualifying referrals. Amazon controls the information it collects on its own websites and apps, and its privacy practices apply once you use Amazon.

Purchases and payment information

YourPrice.net does not process Amazon orders and does not receive your Amazon payment-card information. Payment, order processing, delivery, returns, and account information associated with an Amazon purchase are handled by Amazon and the applicable seller.

Messages you send us

If you contact YourPrice.net, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the details of your question. We use it to respond and to improve the site when the message identifies a product-search or technical issue.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site and services used by the site may use cookies, local browser storage, or similar technologies for basic functionality, recent searches, analytics, security, and affiliate attribution. Your browser provides controls for clearing or limiting stored website data.

How long information is kept

Information controlled by YourPrice.net is kept only as long as reasonably useful for the purposes described above, including site operation, analytics, security, troubleshooting, and responding to messages. Server, hosting, and third-party services may have their own retention practices.

Children

YourPrice.net is a general shopping-information service and is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You can clear browser data to remove locally stored recent-search information. You can also contact us to ask about personal information that YourPrice.net directly controls, subject to technical, security, recordkeeping, or legal limitations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, analytics, affiliate tools, or product-finding features change. The updated date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
