These Terms of Use describe the role of YourPrice.net and the conditions that apply when you use the Product Finder, product recommendations, and outbound shopping links.

YourPrice.net is a product-finding service
YourPrice.net provides shopping information, curated product families, comparison guidance, and links to third-party retailers. We are not the retailer, seller, manufacturer, payment processor, delivery company, or warranty provider for products purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer.
Prices, availability, specifications, and Prime status can change
Marketplace information changes frequently. A recommendation may describe a product family or a search target rather than guarantee a particular listing. Before purchasing, confirm the exact product, size, model, condition, seller, price, shipping cost, delivery date, Prime eligibility, warranty information, and return terms on the retailer’s site.
Recommendations are informational
Product matches are intended to make shopping easier, not to guarantee that a product will be suitable for every person or purpose. Consider your own requirements and verify important specifications before purchasing, especially compatibility, fit, dimensions, electrical requirements, safety information, or manufacturer restrictions.
Affiliate relationship
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. YourPrice.net may receive a commission when an eligible purchase follows one of our affiliate links. This does not add a separate YourPrice.net charge to the purchase.
Third-party sites
When you follow a link to Amazon or another third-party site, that site’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, order policies, and customer-service rules apply. YourPrice.net is not responsible for the content, availability, or operation of a third-party website.
Returns, refunds, delivery, and order problems
Because YourPrice.net does not process the order, questions about payment, shipment, delivery, returns, refunds, replacements, seller disputes, or warranties must be handled through the retailer or seller shown on the order.
Intellectual property
YourPrice.net branding, original text, software, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, manufacturer names, retailer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a product or brand does not imply ownership or endorsement by that brand.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, use automated activity that degrades the service, or attempt unauthorized access to administrative or technical systems.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The site may occasionally be unavailable or contain incomplete, outdated, or erroneous information. We may change, add, or remove features and product data as the service develops.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YourPrice.net is not responsible for losses arising from a retailer’s pricing changes, product availability, product defects, shipping problems, seller conduct, manufacturer claims, or a shopper’s failure to verify important product details before purchase.
